More idiot lies from Nicole Kelly

Nicole Kelly continues to surpass her own idiocy and redundancy. She shows an old webpage ad from christmas 2010, claiming copyright infringement by me. I have spoke to a business and copyright law lawyer, and no person can copyright a rate or service in any industry, especially the escort/masseuse industry. But don't take my word for. Intellectual property is an intangible asset that consists of human knowledge and ideas. Unlike assets, such as computers or your office, intellectual property is a collection of ideas and concepts.
There are only three ways to protect intellectual property: spatents, trademarks, or copyrights. A patent applies to a specific product design, whereas a trademark refers to a name, phrase or symbol, and a copyright to a written document. All three methods have limitations and there is no one perfect way to protect an idea.
Copyright
Copyright protection gives the copyright holder the exclusive right to copy the work, modify it, and distribute or display the work publicly.
Ideas or concepts do not boast copyright protection. Copyright can protect the expression of the idea, but not the ideas themselves. For example, if someone asks you what a chair is, you get a picture of it. However, if you were to draw the chair you envisioned in your head or use words to describe that chair, it is an "expression" of the idea and that is what is protected by copyright.
Generally, the only protection for ideas and concepts is through trade secret law and/or confidentiality agreements, which offer a contractual remedy for abuse or disclosure of the idea.
Trademarks
A trademark is similar to a brand name. It refers to any words or symbols that represent a product to identify and distinguish it from other products in the marketplace. If a trademark word for example is "Rollerblades," then the trademark symbol would be the peacock used by NBC.
The (TM) mark may be given immediately next to your mark. The ® registration symbol may only be used when the mark is registered with the PTO. It is illegal to use this symbol with your mark before receiving an issued registration from the PTO.
Trademark rights last forever if the company continues to use the mark to identify its goods or services.
Patents
Patents guard processes, methods, and inventions that are novel, non-obvious, and useful. If approved, a patent gives you a 20-year monopoly on selling, using, making or importing an invention into the United States. The first requirement for a patent is your work must be non-obvious. This means it must not be clear to a person having ordinary skill in the relevant art as it existed when the invention was made.
Secondly, your work must be novel. This means it must not be known or used by others in this country, described in a printed publication here or abroad, or in public use or for sale in this country more than one year earlier to the application for patent.
Thirdly your work must be useful. This means that it must have current, significant, beneficial use as process, machine, manufacture, and composition of matter or improvements to one of these.
Patent protection needs a full public disclosure of the work in brief and, therefore, precludes considering any trade secret security in the same work.

So to sum it up, Nicole is still lying about her claim of copyright infringement by me. And again, she called all the way to Arizona, to talk to customer service at Go Daddy.com. To make a copyright infringement complaint against me and to get my website shut down. Wow. Then there is her cyber-stalking, cyber-bullying, vicious cyber attacks on craigslist, and on another free webhoster. All she had to do, if she was that upset about me copying her rates and services, is to do exactly as she is doing now. She doesn't post her rates. There problem solved and no one gets hurt. Yet even though she did that, she still posts the same old tired rants that she has been posting all along. She knows she doesn't have a leg to stand on. She also knows that I have not copied her rates and services for nearly 8 months. She still has her friends prank calling me, harrass me and supposedly repeat old bad PERB reviews, which I can prove to be false. She continually flagged and deleted my ads on craigslist, and still does it to this day. I will pose the same question that I have posed to the public before: why does she never have any photos in her website or on any of her links to any other website locator?
I have posted many photos of myself that are recent and can be proven to be recent, and they show that I obviously do not look like I am in my mid-40's, so there is one lie disproven already. I also challenge Nicole Kelly to show herself. Why does she hide her face and her body? It does make a person question her motives, and her behaviour would make any average person question her sanity, and a psychologist would most likely put her on anti-psychotic and bi-polar disorder meds, given the fact that we have never met, I have never spoken to her that I am aware of in person, and if her only reason for doing everything that she has done against me, is because she felt I had commited a copyright infringement violation against her, then WOW! the woman is obviously 4 cans short of a six-pack. One wonders why she has gone to such lengths. This is very unusual and disturbing even for this business.

Gentlemen I leave you to ponder this conundrum. I also suggest you try my service and then hers. Unless money is an issue(I hear she is cheap) then you will be very satisfied with your experience with me. Look for me on www.backpage.com click on comox valley, then escorts, and look for my ad which says S*U*L*T*R*Y V*I*X*E*N.
