Again Nicole Kelly has to resort to rehashing the same blog that she posted before. She has changed nothing in it.
She continues to have others harass me by phone or by cell. Let me make this clear to anyone who does that to me:
I CAN AND WILL TRACE EACH CALL TO THE POLICE. This is now a criminal matter. The old PERB reviews that she has posted are 6 YEARS OLD. Secondly the statements from these former clients are false in regards to me having unprotected sex. I can and will provide every single test that I have had for the past 10 years. That alone proves these old PERB reviews as lies. Also I can and will find out who made these statements and I will sue them. Making such false statements as me having unprotected sex and alluding to me possibly passing on STD's is very serious. Nicole Kelly has already done that and she has been warned that continuing to do so, would leave me with no choice but to sue her, and go to the police regarding the cyber-stalking and criminal harassment.
As for the other bad PERB reviews, those are from men who thought they could mistreat and abuse a service provider just because they paid for my time. A few also wanted to perform unprotected oral on me, and french kiss me, which I don't allow if their hygiene is poor.

It is more than obvious that I am not rotund, a hard drinker, in my mid-40's, and I am most definitely not un-attractive.
Give it up Nicole, if you were as attractive as me, then you would show your face in your website, and in your other links too. It also goes without saying that if she was attractive, then she wouldn't have to resort to these vicious attacks, and go to the lengths that she has gone to to try to eliminate me as competition.
The joke is on her though......I am leaving the island effective October 2011. If she had left me alone, I would have been gone sooner. Instead I had to waste my time and energy on trying to undo the damage that she has done and waste more time in responding to her attacks and lies, and finding a good lawyer.

Nicole Kelly: insecure and desperate? you decide
This is an addendum to my other blog, Refuting the Lies. Just as I thought, she won't stop slandering me, stalking me, or harassing me. She says that she can't publish her rates, because of a local service provider plagiarising her rates. Again she lies, because the stupid woman already publishes her rates in the local newspaper.
On the subject of my alleged many names and phone numbers, why does she even care? My claim of her stalking me seems to be correct because she knows a lot about me, and always has my new phone number, and my new name to tag her blogs with. Hence the constant name and number change. She should also get a dictionary because her claim of plagiarism by me does not meet the current definition. Neither Wikipedia or Webster's dictionary support her claim of plagiarism. Again, rates and service, in any sector of business, cannot be either copyrighted or even plagiarised. And even if I did, so what? All she has to do is change her rates and service, problem solved. Instead she harasses my webmaster and calls, all the way to Arizona, to talk to customer service at GoDaddy, to claim copyright infringement violations and plagiarism. Wow. Then she becomes a member of my other websites' fan page, which is in itself very disturbing and creepy, to find out what I'm doing. Then she contacts customer service and claims harassment by me, and slander, in order to get my website shut down. She has also done this with craigslist and says I can't prove anything against her. We shall see. She is running out of options to get rid of me as competition, but competition in any business is healthy. It's good for both the service provider and the customer because it forces the business person to improve their product and/or service.
I refer now to her lies about my appearance and service. I have challenged her to show her face and body as I have. She has not done that. She says I can say anything I want and can't prove it. Did I not previously say that I could prove many of her lies as false?
This woman has gone to great lengths to eliminate me as competition, far and beyond what is considered normal, and as I have stated in the past, she started this nearly a year ago, and no matter what I did, she didn't stop.
This is the last blog that I will post about this problem. I am making a public request to Nicole Kelly to stop this, get rid of her blog against me, and I will do likewise. I will go back to what I was doing, before Nicole Kelly viciously interfered in my business and life, which was minding my own business, working, going to school, and harming no one, notably her.
